Stitch – st
Row 1: Make 4ch, 2tr/dc + 2ch + 3tr/dc on the last channel, turn.
Row 2: Do 2ch, 1dc/sc on third tr/dc, 2ch, 1dc/sc on fourth tr/dc, 1ch, 1dc/s on third ch, turn.
3rd row: 1ch between tr/dc, 1dc/sc in the first channel, skip a row and work shell in 2ch space, turn.
Row 4: do 1ch, work 1FPdc/sc on each of the next 5tr/dc, 1FPdc/sc on each of the next 5tr/dc, 1dc/sc on the first channel, dial.
Row 5: Make 3ch, 2tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, make 3ch, 1dc/sc in 1ch, 3ch, 1tr/dc + 2ch + 3tr/dc spaces, turn.
6th row: 2ch, 1dc/sc on third tr/dc, 2ch, 1dc/sc on fourth tr/dc, 3ch, 1dc/sc on next tr/dc, 3ch, 1dc/s on next tr/dc , 2ch, 1dc/sec next tr/dc, 1ch, 1dc/sc on the third channel, turn.
Row 7: do 1ch, skip a row and work shell with 2ch space between tr/dc, work 1ch/sc on the shell of the third row (1ch gap between tr/dc), skip a row and work shell on the next 2ch space tr/dc, first work 1dc/sc on the channel, dial.
8th row: Do 1ch, * 1FPdc/sc, next 5tr/dc, 1ch, 1FPdc/sc on each of the next 5tr/dc below; * Repeat 1 more time, but work 1dc/sc on the first channel instead of the last 1FPdc/sc, turn.
9th row: Work on the next steps:
1 – “Beginning of row 1”: 3ch, 2tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc below do dc/sc, 3ch.
2 – “Middle stitches #1”: 1ch., 3ch. 1dc/sc in gap, 5FPdc/sc in next st, 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc skip, 3ch.

3 – “Completion of round 3”: Skip 3 rows and work 1dc/sc on the shell of the next row, skip one row and work the shell in the next 2ch gap between tr/dc, 1dc/sc on the first channel, turn .
16th row: do 1ch, *work 1FPdc/sc on each of the next 5tr/dc, 1ch, 1FPdc/sc on each of the next 5tr/dc, 1FPdc/sc over dc/sc below, for row 16 * Repeat 3 more times (4x more for row 20, 5x more for row 24, etc.), but work 1dc/sc in the first ch instead of the last 1FPdc/sc, turn.
Repeat rows 13 – 16 until you reach the desired shawl size.
Edging
After the “16 rows” make 2 turns of edging.
Round 1: Make 3ch, 2tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, 2ch, * skip 1 row and work 1dc/sc in shell of of next row, 2ch, skip 5FPdc/sc, 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in the next st, 2ch; rep from * until you get 2nd point. Then skip 1 row and work 1dc/sc in shell of of next row, 2ch, work 1tr/dc + 2ch + 3tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in first ch.
Work over the next edge of the shawl: 2ch, ** skip 3rows and work 1dc/sc in the middle of tr/dc of next row, 2ch, work 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in the same stitch where was the group of [1tr/dc + 3tr/dc] made, 2ch; rep from ** until you get 3rd point.
Then work 1dc/sc in the middle of tr/dc of row 1, 2ch, make 1tr/dc + 2ch + 3tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in the first ch of the row 1 of the shawl. Work 2ch and 1dc/sc in fourth ch of the row 1.
Work over the next edge of the shawl: *** 2ch, skip 3rows and work 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in the same stitch where was the group of [2tr/dc + 1tr/dc] made, 2ch, 1dc/sc in third ch ; rep from *** until you get 3rd point.
Then work 2ch, 1tr/dc on the last dc/sc of the previous row, 2ch and sl.st on the third ch. Make sl/st on each of the next 2tr/dc.
Round 2: Make 1 ch. Work in each space of 2ch between two tr/dc next sts: * 1dc/sc + 3ch; rep from * 2 more times, 1dc/sc.
Work 2dc/sc in each space of 2 ch between dc/sc and tr/dc.
For the second and third point work next:
Make in first space of 2ch – * 1dc/sc + 3ch; rep from * 2 more times, 1dc/sc. Then make 6ch, sl.st in fourth ch from hook, 2ch. Repeat previous step from * to * for the second space of 2ch and work 1dc/sc in the same space.
For the first point (at the end of the round) work: * 1dc/sc + 3ch; rep from * 2 more times, 1dc/sc. Then make 6ch, sl.st in fourth ch from hook, 2ch and sl. st in the first ch of the round.
